NOTE:  The Kroger Community Rewards program no longer requires each participant to re-enroll every April for their contributions to continue. Once you have enrolled, you stay enrolled until you change it.

If you would like to begin donations in support of Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue's mission, you can enroll online at www.krogercommunityrewards.com. This program does not cost you money or take away from your reward points; all donations are made by Kroger. Kroger will make the donation to Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue based on your purchase amount of eligible items.
